Caitriona is a mixed media visual artist from Toronto, Ontario and Co-Founder/Managing Director of Art Katalyst Magazine. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, she is a painter and photographer, performance artist, musician and she also experiments in film production.

Caitrionart is part of a symbolic shift towards creating a more egalitarian and open society through the arts. By forming community bonds and engaging the public, visual artists create dialogue through their work and generate debate surrounding social inequality, consumerism, multiculturalism and globalization.

With focus in studio and art history, Caitriona has a love for both creating and writing about art. She has a B.F.A in Visual Arts and is continuing her education in Arts Management and Cultural Administration at Humber College.

She has participated in a variety of exhibitions including the Artscape Triangle Gallery, St. Clair Art Walk, Bizune Event Gallery and Gales Gallery. She is also in the process of putting together her own shows and proposals for art installations in downtown Toronto. She ha salso  been published in The Big Art Book 2012 funded by Scarborough Arts, she is also in the process of putting together her own show and proposals for art installations in downtown Toronto.
